Rhonda Carlile is a Licensed Medical Master Aesthetician with more than seventeen years of experience. She was educated in South Africa, the United States, and France.  Her extensive background in Medical Aesthetics includes an International Masters Course in Advanced Anti Aging treatments (IMCAS) Paris as well as serving as an Obagi educational trainer of the renowned Obagi Blue Peel in both South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Rhonda's wealth of hands on experience and knowledge encompasses an impressive array of skin care and skin rejuvenation procedures including but not limited to pre & post surgery care, hyperpigmentation therapy, chemical peels, IPL laser, microdermabrasion and injection techniques. 

She has also appeared as a guest on Top Billing, South Africa's premier lifestyle television show, as well as being interviewed several times on South African radio station Heart FM 104.9.




Dr. James Cook, M.D., Medical Director

Dr. James Cook, a Family Practitioner, with 30 years of experience in Family Medicine, Medical Wellness, Preventative Medicine, and General Medical Care. Dr. Cook is a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School and Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine.








Michelle Meyer-Ban, Nurse Practitioner

Michelle Meyer-Ban, RNC, MSN, WHNP-BC has been a Nurse Practitioner in Central Virginia for over twelve years. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the Medical College of Virginia School of Nursing, where she received University Honors. Michelle is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
